Our products are 3D printed and prepared with care to ensure high quality.

Orders are shipped from Slovenia.

Shipping Times

Slovenia

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available (+1€ COD fee)

European Union (if you want to enable later)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

 

Shipping Rates

Slovenia

  • Standard Shipping: €3.90

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): +€1.00 handling fee

  • Free Shipping: on orders over €40

 

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us immediately at [info@aura3d.si] and we will help resolve the issue with the courier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Notice

By choosing Cash on Delivery, you agree to accept and pay for the package upon delivery.
Unclaimed COD orders may result in additional handling fees or order restrictions.
